Install the app. On Mac, open the DMG and drag Call State into Applications. On Windows, run the installer for your processor. Organization policies may require administrator approval.
Allow the required permissions. On Mac, enable Accessibility in System Settings → Privacy & Security. This lets Call State read and operate the Teams meeting controls.
Check security prompts. If macOS or Windows blocks the download, verify that it came from callstate.app. On a managed computer, ask your administrator rather than bypassing organizational policy.
Sign in and test your setup. Start Teams, join a call and check the signals and commands your tools need. Keep Call State running and connected to the service.
