Withdrawal.
Your statutory right.

If you are a consumer and buy a paid Call State subscription online, you have a statutory right of withdrawal under German and EU distance-selling rules. This page explains that right in English.

Who this applies to

This notice is for consumers (natural persons acting for purposes outside their trade, business or profession) who conclude a paid distance contract for Call State with:

Denis Sowa
Kleine Düwelstr. 6
30171 Hannover
Germany
Email: info@callstate.app

The statutory withdrawal right concerns paid contracts. If you are not a consumer, the statutory consumer withdrawal right does not apply.

Effects of withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse to you all payments received from you, without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which we are informed about your decision to withdraw from this contract.

We will carry out such reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of such reimbursement.

If you requested to begin the performance of digital services during the withdrawal period, you shall pay us an amount which is in proportion to what has been provided until you have communicated to us your withdrawal from this contract, in comparison with the full coverage of the contract, where such a charge is allowed by law.

Digital services and early performance

Call State Paid is a digital service delivered online and is available immediately after a paid purchase. German law allows the right of withdrawal to expire early for digital content when the consumer expressly consents to the beginning of performance, acknowledges the loss of the right and receives confirmation of that consent.

Call State does not use that route. We do not ask you to consent to early performance and we do not rely on an early end of your withdrawal right. Your statutory withdrawal right therefore runs for the full 14 days from the conclusion of the contract, even though the paid service is available right away.

How to withdraw

You can declare the withdrawal online, without signing in: Withdraw from contract here.

The function asks for the account email and your customer number (CS-XXXX-XXXX-XXXX, shown on your account page, the purchase confirmation email and the invoice). The second step ends with Confirm withdrawal. We answer on screen right away and send a confirmation email with the content and the time of your declaration, so you keep a durable-medium record of it. After the 14 days the function tells you that the withdrawal period has ended and changes nothing.

We process the email, the customer number and the requesting IP address only to match the account, carry out the withdrawal and protect the form from abuse. No password is required. Details: privacy.

A clear statement by email or post also works. Send it to:

Denis Sowa
Kleine Düwelstr. 6
30171 Hannover
Germany
Email: info@callstate.app

To match your account we need only the account email used for the purchase and your customer number. We do not collect a postal billing address for Call State subscriptions, so a postal consumer address is not required for an email withdrawal.
